Centennial Place

Opened in 2009, Centennial Place provides 1001 students with a wide variety of housing styles located right in the middle of the activity of campus. In addition to the rooms, it provides classrooms, community rooms with kitchens and televisions. Centennial Place is located conveniently across the street from the Barnes & Noble at Georgia Southern, Dining Commons, Eagle Card Center, Printing and Postal Services, and Russell Student Union. The University’s Virtual Collaboration Center is located in Centennial Place as well.

Rate information is available on the Housing Rates page. Current year rates are posted and future year rates will be posted when approved by the University System of Georgia.

*Rates are per person/per semester. An additional $20 Activity Fee is charged every semester. All rates are pending until approved by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

Students are required to respond to email or paper correspondence from the ÌÇÐÄVlog Office of Student Accounts, Financial Aid Office and/or Registrar’s Office regarding outstanding requirements for processing financial aid packages for payment on their account.
